Driver Of The Hearse

lyrics

Driver of the hearse, do you know the worth of the body in the box in the back of the car that you're driving? Driver of the hearse, do you know the worth of that man? Driver of the hearse, do you know the wise words he sent to generations?

He was the driver of the church; a prophet and a servant of the people in the world, in and out of the chapels. In the time he spent on earth he showed us how to work and to serve. He was the strongest kind of thread. For the living and the dead, he built the temples that would bind, build, and bless.

So tell me driver of the hearse, do you know the worth of the body in the box in the back of the car that you're driving? Driver of the hearse, do you know the worth of that man? Driver of the hearse, do you know the wise words he sent to generations?

My only hope is that someday I'll grow up to be half the man that he was. He plead with us to become all the best and better. I swear my heart will be true to the letter.
