i want, i need, i hunt, i see the one i want. then i can see. i make a fool out of myself and then i succeed. happens to friends, can't see around. what's real is real. the way she makes me feel. when she's holding my hand. telling all her friends we'll be together until the end. and then i blow it, i didn't even know it. i found out from a friend who found out from a friend. right before my eyes it crumbles to the ground. a permanent smile turns into a frown. it happened so fast. what's going on? was it something i said? will i end up dead? it doesn't matter now because she wishes i was dead. i guess that just the way it goes, i guess i had to find out the hard way. i guess i'll write it off. i guess i'll blame it all on you. and now i'm back, and now i've had a sense of pride because she came to me. and maybe one day i'll get it again. i guess we'll see
